Video challenge pre-empted by Wedding Photos

As ever, our family changes, as does life. We ACTUALLY got together, at least all the Stabile children, and all the grandchildren still living at home. We sadly missed Tristan during the celebration, but please enjoy some shots.

John and Mom are so happy. The wedding party consisted of Carole and John McCaskey, Donald Cummings who walked Mom down the aisle, Joyce Starr (Mom's Matron of Honor), Eddie (John's Best Man), Jeremy (ring bearer) two of John's grandaughters who I haven't learned thier names yet, and two ushers, one of John's grandsons, and Gareth.

Nicole and Antony were WONDERFUL and we loved the music during the ceremony. Better than an organ any day!!!

It turned out to be a georgeous day, and although it was a long trip back, it was well worth it! Congratulations!!

Arigato! I up the ante! Video Challenge III

Prepared I am, Jedi Karaoke! I will be victorious!
Or not.

(Video Challenge III has been cancelled. Crutchfield's upholding their creative content clause, dang it. I love intellectual property laws, don't you?)

Challenge accepted my young apprentice

Aha!! Of course, since the force flows through us, we must remember the Jedi code! Please check out the wonderful Pawawan that have just proven that they are worthy to receive the teachings of a Jedi.

MUSIC, various themes of the Star Wars saga

Jeremy was so excited. We went to Disney MGM studios with Emily, Sheri and Simon. Jeremy was adamate about becoming a padawan. When the Jedi Master came out, he shouted that he had the force and was chosen to be the number one padawan. It was SO awesome.

Don't forget the great Pics below.

Of course I had to get my little mogli in with Baloo and King Louie!!!

Rock Starz

I did a recording session recently for a band called The Billz. We sent the demo off Friday. If we're accepted, we'll be going to a regional band competition in (I think) Philadelphia.
This being a corporate event, they used the resources of the company to put together a promo package. Here's one of the band photos. Feast on the rock star moment! LOL

Update: The band did not make it to the next level of competition. I'm told there will be pizza and soda in the break room to put a final nail in this coffin. It was fun while it lasted but I have a feeling this'll be the last hurrah.

Updated update: I'm not sure whether it was the pizza my fabulous visage, or the fact that it rankled not to be picked to be part of the contest, but the guys decided we needed to do something I've been pushing for...ie, play together as a band. Guess we're back in business....
