Great news! We have a working computer again, thanks to the good people at PC Pro. They managed to make this thing see reason without having to wipe the drive. So for all you wondering what Tristan looks like, here are some fresh pics, just taken this morning:

Sorry, still nothing of Tristan. He hides. But for the record, he was a werewolf.

Some of you may not have heard about the big meteor that sailed through the Virginia sky. I, missed it, being too busy decompressing two very wound up little boys after a night of trick or treating. I hear it was pretty spectacular. I did see the smaller meteor storm the next night--very pretty, but not green.

But enough about pretty lights in the sky. We're pretty enough as it is.

I heard you.

No, I don't have a working computer yet, but I hope that will change in the near future.

In the mean time, thanks to my buddy Josh (who scans in all the technical manuals for us at work) I've been able to uploadload the most recent pictures from my camera to this interface.

I hope this will satisfy your urge for pictures of the beauti-mus Thorndyke Clan for a little while.

As you can see, it's definitely Autumn here. Halloween was a mere week ago, the leaves are beautiful! And yet.

And in mid-October, a surprise visit from Tristan's dad, David:A lot changes in 20 years. David and Will (Tristan's grandfather) had an adventurous visit, from what they tell us.
